Eco Networking

I've been trying to think of creative ways to network and market my photography and art while highlighting my values of social justice, environmental concern, humane treatment of animals etc.... I am a business person after all and business needs to be conducted in order for me to do good in the world and to help others document and illustrate the good they are doing in the world.

I just love when the planets and stars align and the universe plops something right in my lap.  I truly believe that what we spend energy on, (both conscious and unconscious energy), will be reflected in our lives.

This morning I took about 45 minutes to REALLY read the newspaper.  It's something I enjoy but often don't take time for.  Under the huge headline "Small Business" in the Business section of todays' LA Times was an article called Green Networking Events Bloom.  It's about how environmental entreprenuers and business people are meeting and networking in LA.

Of course I registered for all the October meetings of ALL the groups mentioned!!!  They are: EcoTuesday, Green Business Networking, Green Drinks, and Women of the Green Generation.  I can't wait to network in this environment.
